FY 2025 OSL Business Meetings

Steering Committee

OSL's Steering Committee meets in June, July, October, January, March and April each year (and as needed) to govern OSL.  Members of the Steering Committee and chairs of other working groups and committees may send agenda items to the OSL President and Executive Director up to one week prior to the meeting.  A meeting packet is posted about one week prior to the meeting.  Non-members of the Steering Committee are encourage to share feedback with their Member Group Representatives prior to the meeting.  Steering Committee meetings are virtual unless noted otherwise.

Membership

Standing Committees

This is a standing regular opportunity for OSL's standing committees to meet and conduct business.  Actual agendas and meeting confirmations will be shared with directors in the OSL Standing Committees Team and via email to directors.  These meetings are open to library directors and to others by invitation only.  Standing committees include Budget and Finance, Bylaws, Nominating, Ombudsman, and Personnel.  Standing committee meetings are virtual unless otherwise noted.
