This training will review the interlibrary loan procedures for items within and outside the Library of Rhode Island (LORI) Network. Best practices using the LORI Request Form and FirstSearch through the OLIS ILL Clearinghouse will be discussed. This session will be helpful to librarians new to interlibrary loan and those looking for a refresher. Bring your questions for the Q&A!
