This interactive session sponsored by the Library of Rhode Island (LORI) Resource Sharing Working Group moves beyond the "how-to" of interlibrary loan to help LORI staff understand the critical thinking required for lending and borrowing scenarios. Through case-based demonstrations and practical applications, participants of all experience levels will learn to navigate ILL requests with confidence. The session will include a dedicated Q&A session to address specific library needs.
