This session will cover the following topics related to the FY2026 RI Public Library Annual Survey:

• Brief review of data entry guidelines and LibPAS data collection tool;
• Survey changes;
• Clarifications for reporting data;
• Review of definitions for tricky questions;
• Brief review of grant-in-aid (GIA) application process.

There will be time for Q&A, so bring your questions! A repeat of this training will be held Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 10:30am. Attendees are welcome to attend both sessions.
