Description: We took a look at Wikipedia at the March 2018 program Wikipedia Revisited, now it’s time to put our knowledge into practice. This session will offer you the opportunity to learn how to get started contributing to Wikipedia. We will learn how to edit entries, create new entries, and determine how to find entries that can benefit from our expertise. Please join Bryant University’s Allison Papini as she will work with you to bring Wikipedia to your community. 

Instructions for participants: 

• We recommend you register for a Wikipedia account before the day of the session. There is a limit for the number of new registrations per site per day and we don’t want anyone to be left out
• Please bring a laptop/ tablet to the session. Please contact Melissa Chiavaroli if you need to make alternate arrangements
• You are encouraged to email questions and topics of interest to Allison Papini before the session
