Young Adult Roundtable: Programming Favs and Flops

What makes a teen program a hit and what makes a program a "flop"? Join fellow young adult librarians to share your most impactful programs and discuss why some programs just don't seem to meet our goals or engage our teens. Please be prepared to share a recent program that was a success, as well as a program that "flopped" so we can collectively think about how to rework it into a "fav."

About the Young Adult Roundtable (YART):

YART is a community of practice that welcomes YA librarians from public libraries, middle and high school librarians, and library school students concerned with all aspects of library service to young adults. YART collaborates to produce timely book and resource lists to support librarians and library staff serving teens.

If any reasonable accommodation is needed to ensure equal access or participation, contact the Office of Library and Information Services at (401) 574-9300 not less than three (3) business days in advance of the meeting or program date. More advanced notice is highly advisable.
