We will look at every field in a patron record and review current best practices for creating and maintaining patron records. We will review the online patron application and process from both the patron's and the staff side. We will review Notices, Custom Receipts, High Demand Holds, View Holds. Lisa Sallee and John Edwards of OSL.  Registrants are strongly encouraged to send questions they want answered ahead of time to training@oslri.net.  Registration is limited.  Please log in a few minutes early so that we can start on time and let us know (training@oslri.net) as far in advance as possible if you have registered but are unable to attend.
