We will look at every field in a patron record and review current best practices for creating and maintaining patron records. We will review the online patron application and process from both the patron's and the staff side. We will review Notices, Custom Receipts, High Demand Holds, View Holds. Lisa Sallee and OSL staff.  Registrants are strongly encouraged to send questions they want answered ahead of time to training@oslri.net.
