Good facility with Sierra Create Lists and Excel are pre-requisites for this session. We will walk through three or four specific examples to answer questions like: what are my patrons requesting that I do not own; what titles do other libraries have that are circulating well that would be good additions to my collection; what titles are unique to my library and how have they circulated recently? What is the overall circulation of my materials – by audience, format, language, etc. Lisa Sallee and OSL staff.
