LORI Resource Sharing Procedures Review

LORI Resource Sharing Procedures Review

Come meet your colleagues from around the state virtually and learn about the resource sharing procedures. It has been close to one year since most libraries were abruptly shut down in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We will review the library re-opening status before taking the deep dive into the LORI procedures from start to finish. Whether you are from an academic, public, school, or other type of library, this is the session for you.

The program will also cover tips on discovering RI academic library resources, available options to request items from RI public libraries, updates on interstate delivery / resource sharing agreement, and the overall process.

If any reasonable accommodation is needed to ensure equal access or participation, contact the Office of Library and Information Services at (401) 574-9300 not less than three (3) business days in advance of the meeting or program date. More advanced notice is highly advisable.
