SUMMARY:OLIS Strategic Plan: Small Public Libraries Focus Group
DESCRIPTION:Directors and staff of small libraries are invited to join a 
 focus group to help OLIS gather information to prepare its new strategic 
 plan for statewide library services. This purpose of this focus group is to 
 obtain a better understanding of the future service needs of RI's small 
 public libraries and to evaluate the importance and effectiveness of 
 current OLIS services so that we may strategically plan how to best direct 
 resources and funding over the next five years. Your participation will 
 help OLIS assess what areas of library service we can provide that will be
