Mindful Self-Compassion Workshop

Join Ann Price on Mondays at 7 pm in November for this four-part virtual Mindful Self-Compassion Workshop. In each hour-long evening session, held virtually on Zoom, participants will be introduced to the core principles of Mindful Self-Compassion in a supportive, interactive group process. Participants are welcome to attend one, two, three, or all four sessions, as they wish.

Each evening will provide guided meditation exercises that promote well-being for selected purposes such as: Giving and Receiving Compassion, Affectionate Breathing, Loving-Kindness for a Loved One, The Self-Compassion Break, and Savoring and Gratitude Practices.  At the close of each session, meditation audio links will be offered for further exploration and independent practice.

Free and open to adults. Registration is required to receive the Zoom link.
