 issues that matter to you? Want to understand how to follow along with the 
 proceedings of the General Assembly?\n\nCelebrate Sunshine Week with the RI 
 Department of State by learning about the Open Government resources that 
 are available to you.\n\nDuring this presentation\, you will hear from 
 Rhode Island State Librarian Kate Wells and Rhode Island Department of 
 State Director of Public Information Stacy DiCola about topics such 
 as:\n\n\n	How a bill becomes a law\, and how to track bill progress\n	How 
 to research Rhode Island legislative history\n	What it means to be a 
 lobbyist versus a citizen advocate\n	Lobbying laws and 
 compliance\n\n\nSpace is limited and a light lunch will be served. 
 Registration is required.\n\nDoors open/lunch available at 12 p.m.
